Job Description :	This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA’s preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results. This role is located onsite at our TIAA office in Jacksonville, FL, USA but will currently be remote. The anticipated term of this engagement will be 24 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs. Senior Graphic Designers will be in a leadership role working with our creative and marketing teams. Responsibilities will include creating and evolving various programs and campaigns spanning all media, including print, direct mail, email, web, trade events and operational communications. This position will collaborate with partners through all stages of a project and provide design leadership to ensure that projects are on target, on time, within budget and brand. Additionally, Senior Graphic Designers will be encouraged and expected to stay on top of the latest design, marketing and technology trends and be strong brand advocates. Key Responsibilities and Duties Create marketing, sales and advertising materials within brand while working closely with marketing team members. Design sophisticated and professional collateral in all media including print, email & web. Ensure designs are within brand, timelines, budget and project requirements. Guide Graphic Designers by offering suggestions and recommendations to enrich designs. Collaborate with internal and external partners.
