Job Description :	Robert Half Marketing + Creative is looking for an experienced Senior Motion Designer to join our client’s in-house creative agency. Job Duties and Responsibilities include: Creating engaging motion design and animated content Creating video projects consisting of animations, video editing and sound mixing for TV, cross channel, online and social platforms Design and illustrate for dynamic and effective promotional, marketing, explainer and social videos Work through all stages of production: concepting, designing, editing and animating Pitch concepts, storyboards and animates designs Work closely with the creative team throughout the process to ensure excellent results Skills, Experience and Requirements Undergrad plus 5+ years working in a motion graphics production in an internal or agency environment Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong experience with video compression, file correction and optimization techniques Must be highly organized, including clear external and internal file management Must be able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines Ability to push through problems and multi-task Ability to prioritize work independently and take initiative Candidates will be required to take skills evaluations and present a portfolio of work No relocation reimbursement Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
