Job Description :	Job Description Summary: The Senior Graphic/Package Designer is responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies. The Senior Designer plays a lead role on any given project and may also assist the Art Director by leading the work of one or more associate designers to create concepts, comps, layouts, and final art. Job Description: Creation of design solutions, from concept to completion, in a wide range of graphic and package applications including collateral/sales materials, package graphics, brand identity He/she presents visual solutions to internal clients and helps communicate strategies behind design ideas and executions. He/she also acts as the resource manager to help keep projects on track. Ultimately the Senior Graphic/Package Designer concepts, designs and art directs collateral and sales material that creatively and consistently reflect the appropriate brand identity. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Art/Design 5+ years of creative packaging experience, working for consumer products or other related companies Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Mac platform experience preferred) Strong knowledge and understanding of both print production and retail shopping dynamics Ability to meet multiple project deadlines (and diplomatically enforce deadlines) Perform with professionalism in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Must be a team player *Portfolio required when applying Additional Job Description:
