Job Description :	If you are a rock star Graphic Designer with a emphasis on Packaging Design then come join our team! We are looking for someone with a love of art, typography, finishes and package structures to implement marketing and product development strategies through the design and development of packaging, print, merchandising and digital assets for all collections in the Blush Novelties brand.Packaging: · Create exciting branding and logos for emerging collections· Design world-class, dynamic packaging and create print ready files for both existing and emerging collections according to best practices· Packaging Designer with experience in technology, beauty, beverage industries preferred· Coordinate with Product, Project and Production teams to ensure project stability· Proof color and packaging structural integrity and engineering· Render 3D product packagingDigital: · Create infographics and stylized content for e-commerce / online marketplaces· Design ads and banners for digital marketing· Work with in-house Photographer on art direction for photography and photo compositions· Render videos and gif assets using AfterEffects and Premiere a plus· UX/UI skills a plus· Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript) a plusPrint Promotion/Merchandising: · Understand and apply existing brand styles· Create, layout, build, package and preflight print ready mechanicals for various print work including instore visual elements, catalogs and advertising· Liase with Marketing and Sales on specific promotional events and shows· Design displays for new products· Build product planograms for Marketing and Sales team packagesOther Functions: · Work efficiently In a process driven environment· Project manage your own workload· Route all layouts and proofs to appropriate teams for approvals· Fulfill all art requestsESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Packaging Engineering preferred· 5+ years of Graphic Design and Packaging experience· Strong creative and problem solving skills· Strong organization, multi-tasking and prioritizing ability· Strong attention to detail· In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Apps and Microsoft Office applications· Knowledge of video creation using AfterEffects or Premiere a plus· Knowledge of prepress, color matching/retouching, offset and digital printing a mustExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbout Us: We are a fun and warm team!
