Sr. Graphic Designer: The Sr. Graphic Designer is an integral part of Feature’s success, designing visual assets for all print, retail, with increased focus on digital channels. This position reports to the Creative Director and will also work closely with the CMO and CEO. Primary Job Responsibilities: Adhere to brand guidelines and keep the brand identity in mind always Ideate and create mood boards for projects Collaborate with the Creative Director and CMO establish the overall look and feel of the Feature’s brand in the digital space Partner with the Creative Director and Digital Marketing team to create assets for all digital channels, including: Static Instagram posts and stories Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and TikTok Email newsletters Homepage banners Landing pages Blog posts and editorials Infographics Logos and iconography Develop designs for product (apparel, footwear, and accessories) and collaborations including design tech packs and preliminary drawings Deliver projects on time and within budget Be creative, provide new ideas to improve and evolve our content See projects through, from start to finish, while maintaining regular communication within the creative and digital teams Manage design documentation and style guides Work on print/traditional design as needed Proficiency in full Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator primarily) Measures of Success: Thrives in fast-pace environment Works well cross-functionally with multiple teams Understands how to scale graphics to designated layouts Is a natural problem solver; gets to the right answer one way or another Collaborative and works well with team members Very strong communication skills with superiors and subordinates Works autonomously and is a self-starter Has an appetite for staying on top of news and trends related to creative design Shares bold and creative ideas Always keeps our core and outreach audiences in mind when developing content Carefully follows the Feature style guide to ensure consistency and accuracy of all content Works with a sense of urgency, particularly when dealing with timely content and user engagement Flexible and works well when having to pick up new projects on the fly Sees projects through from beginning to end Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design 4+ years experience in related field 2+ years experience designing apparel Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator Background or interest in footwear industry preferred |
