The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer to join the Creative Team at LeafLink. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for being both a strong independent contributor as well as a collaborator with the rest of the Creative Team. You will be working closely with the Marketing Team, creating primarily digital and some print design for: campaigns, web design, sales collateral, presentations, social, and company branding. You should be a proactive individual who is able to think critically and conceptually, and able to produce high quality visuals in a timely manner. You should possess a strong technical knowledge of graphic design software.

Responsibilities
Manage your time and design process across multiple design tasks
Serve as a mentor to the design team, with the ability to provide and receive constructive criticism on design projects
Coordinate with the marketing team and external stakeholders to understand their requirements, and deliver work that exceeds their expectations
Creating high quality visuals for marketing materials which may include email layouts, presentation assets, campaign branding and direction, sales collateral, product marketing
An ideal candidate has the ability to create animated content for product announcements and social media.
Elevate the LeafLink brand through conceptual and thoughtful design
Work collaboratively with the Art Director and Creative Director to elevate the current LeafLink design system
Own projects through the entire design process with minor oversight
Stay updated on the latest graphic designing trends
Qualifications
BFA, Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design, Visual Arts or relevant field preferred
3-5 years of experience working as a graphic designer, motion graphics designer, or a Visual Designer
A portfolio showing strong works that demonstrate your marketing and visual design skills
Understanding of graphics production processes
Highly proficient Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (illustrator, photoshop, indesign)
After Effects/Adobe Premiere and animation experience is a major plus
3D/Cinema4D experience is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as in teams
An exceptional eye for detail, ensuring delivery meets the specifications and identifying areas of weakness in a design and the ability to proactively solve those problems
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity working with product design teams
Great interpersonal skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on being able to clearly articulate design concepts and strategy
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks at once
Outstanding problem-solving skills
A passion for delivering great design
