Job Description :	Position: Sr. Graphic Designer Position Summary: Marketing department seeks a Sr. Graphic Designer who will work as part of our in-house design team. Designer must have experience in both print and digital media and be able to convert copy into compelling layouts that fit the intended audience. Designer must be able to prioritize projects within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Applicants with experience in marketing and designing with other professionals will be given prime consideration.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Marketing Management and Marketing Teams to create compelling designs and ensure each piece adheres to an established style guide.Create and update both electronic and print media.Design HTML email and newsletter templates.Execute top-quality design from concept to delivery complying with brand standards in execution of marketing materials.Develop digital storyboards for video and presentations.Direct digital photographers and illustrators for digital projects.Utilize customer experience to ensure all digital assets comply with user-centric best practices.Integrate visually enhanced creative experiences for web sites, landing pages, social media, online advertising for both desktop and mobile.Strong typographical skills.Understanding of how print design is merging with interactive.Create prototypes that illustrate proposed navigation design.Expert knowledge of the latest Adobe Creative Suite along with basic proficiency in HTML.Conceptualize and articulate innovative design approaches.Desired Education/ExperienceA portfolio showcasing your work5+ years of design experience (Required)Highly proficient in Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with print collateral, brand identity, web, email and social mediaAbility to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changesUX/UI design experience a plusStrong oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate goals and objectivesStrong concept and design skillsCapable of prioritizing multiple, simultaneous projectsSelf-motivated and capable of working independently and collaborativelyBe open to receiving feedback and constructive criticismAbility to deliver on creative concepts and clearly communicate design decisions to othersProficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Dreamweaver in a PC environmentDesired Education/Experience: · 4+ years’ experience as a Graphic designer· BA or BS degree preferred· Include portfolio of your work with resumeWork Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.Other Duties: This job profile is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of job duties and responsibilities, as one may perform additional related duties as assigned in order to meet the needs of the organization.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
