Summary of the role: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing marketing materials, website content, and social media in response to product launches, events, and overall content strategy. This person will design for multiple brands and will work with the marketing manager to ensure accurate briefing of work and on-time delivery. We are looking for a candidate who is creative, innovative, and able to work with a cross-functional content team to put it all together. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. How you will make an impact: Digital Content Design Design a digital experience for brand and event websites Develop and illustrate social media graphics Design digital e-books and white papers Create graphics for videos and consult on design Brand Development: Create illustrations that bring the brand messaging to life through infographics and custom design Design logos and brand guides for new initiatives and product launches Design brand books to align teams on brand standards Design marketing kits including brochures, social media tool kits, email templates, and website assets What we look for: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in graphic design Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) Strong working knowledge of web design and best practices for UI/UX Strong visual communicator with an understanding of how to present information, working within an established brand Self-starter with an ability to initiate projects and execute from start to finish Ability to quickly pivot when change is needed or priorities shift Proficiency in balancing competing priorities in tight timelines About Wiley Enabling Discovery, Powering Education, Shaping Workforces.
