The Cardin McCoy brand combines the modern design elements of today’s youthful trends with a love for Southern culture and lifestyle.Job Description: The T-Shirt Graphic Designer/Illustrator works to create graphic designs for t-shirts consistent with seasonal direction and the Cardin McCoy aesthetic. This position will also work with Cardin McCoy’s outside customers to bring their t-shirt designs to life.Responsibilities: Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs using Adobe Photoshop & IllustratorManaging color separations for screen printingAssist with graphics for email marketing campaigns and media advertisingDevelop and maintain image library filesCoordinate with outside clients to produce designs for screen printing t-shirtsRequirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or related fieldGenerally, 3+ years’ experience in Graphic Design & conceptual development OR extremely strong art portfolioProficient with Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent time management and organization skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to listen and incorporate ideas into new designs and productsAbility to work in a team-oriented environmentAbility to quickly analyze and prioritize work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentProven ability to adhere to calendar deadlines.PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU SUBMIT PORTFOLIO WHEN APPLYING.FREELANCE DESIGNERS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
