The ideal candidate would possess:· 3+years of user experience and visual design experience, preferable some in an agency environment.· Solid conceptual thinking. DYODE is looking for a team member who can start a project off from an incredibly robust position and come up with extraordinary, clever concepts to move forward with.· Experience building products, developing component-based design systems and accustoming brand guidelines to create scalable systems.· Strong knowledge base in user experience & visual design, demonstrating expertise in creating digital design systems and a solid methodology to producing consistent, development ready work.· Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Sketch should be core essentials in your toolbox. Plus – Shopify/Shopify Plus or big commerce knowledge & Zeplin.· Secure to identify customer experience opportunities and solutions and presenting thought leadership. Understand the goals, business requirements and constraints for the project.· Experience with branding and creating style guides. Be able to design wireframes, user flow diagrams and application maps. Also, be able to create frameworks such as customer journeys based on inputs from research.· Good understanding with various prototyping tools, familiarity with branding and creating style guides.· Awareness and proficiency with designing new, innovative layouts and designs that scale and flex across different platforms, including web, mobile etc.· A hunger for all aspects of design including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery.WHAT YOU’LL NEED…We want you to succeed in this position and will help coach you in refining your skills.
