Job Description : LinQuest Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Visual Information Specialist to join a high-performing team and provide support to the US Space Command (USSPACECOM) Public Affairs Office.
In this role, you will support USSPACECOM Public Affairs to create professional, high-quality video, photographic, graphic, written, web/social media, and digital products as required in support of strategic and tactical, deliberate and emerging, operations.
Ideal candidates will have broad spectrum video/broadcast experience, graphics development expertise, and photography background.
Responsibilities:
Serve as production coordinator and video editor of assigned video products to include written content .
Create story concept/treatments; storyboards; written scripts.
Create professional, high-quality photography products as required in support of command leaders, staff and programs.
Operate USSPACECOM PA-provided graphics production equipment for digital creation and hard-copy printing/mounting including, but not limited to, Apple computers, regular and large format printers, and cutting machines.

Required Skills:
Ability to use Apple computers and use the following Adobe software tools in graphics production, photography, and video broadcast: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, Bridge, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Strong verbal and written skills; ability to communicate effectively with senior officers and government civilians
Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple customers
Ability to multi-task competing priorities, deliver under pressure, and pay strict attention to detail
Ability to be a highly flexible self-starter capable of operating in a high-tempo environment under less than ideal time-management conditions
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and related work experience as described in the duties above, OR specialized education or training in web-based multimedia journalism
5 years of specialized work experience with a military or commercial news organization directly related to the duties described above
A Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI is required.
Compensation:
Starting salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
