Job Description:
The main purpose of the visual designer is to assist the Art Director(s) and other senior creatives in helping create compelling visuals that bring our experiences to life across the client wide range of products and experiences. We are looking for a highly talented individual who has a background in illustration, concept art development and experience working in both 2D & 3D formats. They should be able to clearly communicate ideas and creative concepts through a well honed artistic lens.

We are looking for a highly motivated creative who can turn abstract ideas into functional shippable assets for real time experiences or used as north star visuals for internal pitches or presentations. The candidate should have a broad set of disciplines and command of tools that allow them to work within various genres and visual styles. Lastly, they should be able to work well under pressure and set their own goals and work within a reasonable timeline to achieve them.

Job Responsibilities:
Plan, analyze, and create visual solutions to communication problems.Prepare sketches or layouts to present to internal leadership or external brand partners.Collaborate with our creative leads to develop highly polished visuals (2D or 3D), for company’s real-time products.Coordinate with external creative and production partners, as applicable.Work in partnership with product and creative leads to understand and deliver on goals.Refine requests into design solutions.

Skills:
Creativity, verbal and written communication skills and problem solving ability are required.Ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of design.Experience working with animators,Previous experience generating assets for games or other real-time environments is a plus.Knowledge of specific Design packages, Cinema 4D, Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator & Figma a plus.Has experience creating for all major platforms using different visual languages and editing styles.

Education/Experience:
Associate’s degree in design and/or certificate in graphic design required. Bachelor’s degree in design or related field preferred.
