Description Our social media giant client seeks a Visual Designer to join their team in this 10 month freelance role!

This role will be WFH until March 28, 2022 then will require you to be onsite in Playa Vista. You must also be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, including the booster.

The Visual Designer will be responsible for the following:
Plan, analyze and create visual solutions to communication problems
Prepare sketches or layouts to present to internal leadership or external brand partners
Collaborate with our creative leads to develop highly polished visuals (2D or 3D), for client’s real-time products
Coordinate with external creative and production partners, as applicable
Work in partnership with product and creative leads to understand and deliver on goals
Refine requests into design solutions

The ideal Visual Designer should possess the following:
Creativity, verbal and written communication skills and problem solving ability are required
Ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of design
Experience working with animators
Previous experience generating assets for games or other real-time environments is a plus
Knowledge of specific Design packages, Cinema 4D, Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator & Figma a plus
Has experience creating for all major platforms using different visual languages and editing styles
