Job Description :	Essential Responsibilities Executes the creative vision and beliefs of the Creative Director, within individual project’s scope while meeting the clients’ creative objectives.Responsible for exploration and conceptualization of design options and solutions under the direction of a manager and/or director.Works as a member of the team and collaborate with fellow teammates in the development of creative solutions.Participates in meetings and critiques; presents design concepts and provides constructive feedback to teammates.With input from CDs and PDs, further explores specific design concepts, executes refinement of concepts and prepares files for final production.Prepares prototypes and designs for client presentation.Job Experience/ Requirements Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.College graduate who has 1-2 years of creative experience.Background in graphic design, knowledge and/or interest in social media marketing, photography, video editing.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Working knowledge of visual communications, typography, hierarchy, and letterforms.Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects.Detail-oriented and manages timeline and deliverables to ensure the success of each project.Accountable and takes ownership of personal design contributions.Collaborates with other project team members and willing to help each other with creative ideas and executions.Seeks out opportunities for personal creative growth by working outside area of expertise.Good listening skills.Works efficiently and effectively.Takes initiative to alert manager when tasks are complete or awaiting approval.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
