Job Description :	Visual DesignerRender Impact, a motion graphics and animation agency located in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, is seeking a full-time Visual Designer. We are looking for someone who gets excited about new media and can work independently or in a team environment, enjoys creative challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate for the Visual Designer role is a passionate creative thinker and leader with relentless attention to detail and possesses strong, proven design sensibilities. Excels in terms of project management and communication with management, designers and clients.Your work will play a key role in evolving Render Impact’s growth at every internal and external customer touchpoint. This role is hands-on and reports directly to the Render Impact’s Business Development ManagerRole and Responsibilities:Create high quality creative work using the formal elements of design, including typography, color, layout, balance, and symmetryCollaborate with Brand strategists in the interpretation and application of brand guidelines in the design of marketing assetsTake a design project from the ideation phase to completionInspire and guide designers across the global creative teamDeliver high quality visual assets for style guidesArticulate ideas clearly and effectivelyStrong ability to multi-task, work on several competing priorities as part of a fast-paced teamCollaborate closely with the marketing and communications team, designers and project stakeholders to deliver high quality creative contentAssist with art direction as needed for static assets and motion graphicsCreate guidelines as needed for campaigns as it relates to pre-visualizationsParticipate in design reviews and champion design cultureWork directly with the designers to understand the resources needed to accomplish the project and the designer’s availability to plan resources effectively.Work closely with the designers to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time and on budget.Edit, document and communicate revisions to the designers in an easily understandable manner.Learn all aspects of assigned clients’ business needs as it pertains to our relationship with them.Consistently manage client expectations.Work collaboratively with management, designers and clients.Schedule and attend operational and project-related meetings.At the completion of certain projects, write case studies to summarize the effectiveness of the promotion or campaign.Responsible for content and asset management.Requirements:5+ years of relevant experience at a creative agency or in-house design studioExcellent organizational and time management skills with the capacity to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines and with routinely quick turnaround times – all while maintaining a close eye to detail.2+ years of project management experience is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven working environment.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, (Cinema 4D, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) required.Creative and strategic thinker.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail oriented and highly organized.Strong presentation skills.Ability to self-start and work well independently as well as collaborate favorably in a team environment.Strong relationship building skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: $21.00 – $30.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Graphic design: 1 year (Preferred)Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
