About the role
We are seeking a Visual Designer who is obsessed with their craft and wants to be an integral part of brand strategy and execution as we expand beyond pay equity into new areas of workplace fairness.

Syndio’s software is front and center in defining a new way to eradicate workplace pay disparities. You will report to our Sr. Visual Designer and work closely with our Content and Demand leads, focused on building and evangelizing our visual identity through all types of visual media. A successful candidate brings visual design expertise spanning advertising, illustration, content, brand, and more.

Partner closely with Syndio’s product marketing, content and demand team members to up-level our branding, develop new creative concepts, and help position Syndio as the leading SaaS Equity Tech platform for workplace fairness.
Provide systems, training, and templates to ensure brand consistency and scalability across all materials, experiences, and touchpoints.
Align Syndio’s corporate branding with our product UI/UX, partnering closely with our product design team to ensure brand relevance and consistency.
Own the design for our B2B marketing web properties, such as our website, landing pages, and blog.
Develop assets for multi-channel marketing and demand gen campaigns spanning social, email, online ads, billboards, blog posts, webinars, and more.
Partner closely with our content marketing team to develop innovative new formats and strategies for storytelling and engaging with our audience, such as infographics, data visualizations, animations, video, illustrations and more.
Develop white papers, eBooks, guides.
Develop pitch decks, 1-pagers, and sales other materials.
Develop event collateral, swag, signage, booths, and other materials for future in-person experiences.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve our marketing and sales efforts through better design and work cross-functionally with stakeholders to implement improvements.
About you

You have a minimum of 3-5 years of design experience with a strong blend of experience spanning digital and print media with strong illustration skills.

You have experience working with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Figma

Role Progression

Within 1 month, you’ll complete a comprehensive and supportive onboarding process to help you understand the current corporate positioning, personas, product, brand voice, and visual identity and deliver on ad hoc projects and requests
Within 3 months, you’ll update our brand guidelines and visual identity, and produce an initial set of materials in partnership with product and content teams for use in brand, demand and product marketing campaigns
Within 6 months, you’ll develop templates and trainings to ensure consistency across elements while exploring new visual directions and formats
Within 12 months, you’ll will have further refined our brand, overseen the update of the visual look and feel of the website, and established an engine for efficiently producing new visual assets

Extra Credit

You have experience working with Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
