Job Opening for Visual Designer (Local or Remote) in Point Digital Finance (522 Ramona St, Palo Alto, CA 94301)

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a Visual Designer to join our growing marketing team. You’ll be instrumental in telling our story to homeowners—your work will help us capture their attention, inspire their trust, and ultimately persuade them to engage with our products. You will work on major design initiatives core to Point’s product success, from idea to launch, while closely collaborating with our marketing, product, and design teams

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create exceptional print, digital, and product designs that can inspire customer education and assist conversion objectives from concept to final product.
Review and refresh customer touchpoints for consistent and effective visual brand identity
Design clean, attractive landing pages.
Contribute to the Point design system, creative templates, and style guides
Collaborate with marketers, product designers, product managers, and engineers to execute on compelling, intuitive pages that guide the customer through initial application to funding.
Manage external creative contractors

ABOUT YOU

1-4 years of experience in brand and marketing creative design
A clever, inventive visual communicator with a strong eye for hierarchy and layout.
Experience with both print and digital visual design
Direct to consumer experience with a focus on conversion
A skilled persuader and listener. You’ll champion your ideas, but remain open to others.
Understanding of the trade-offs and intersections of business and customer needs.

Family Friendly
Point will top off California PFL earnings to full salary for up to eight weeks, as well as two weeks of fully paid leave to be available after exhaustion of CA PFL. An employee can take reasonable vacation time in addition to the California PFL leave. For employees outside CA, Point will top of PFL earnings in accordance with the state applicable leave laws.

Work From Home Stipends
With employees working remotely, Point will provide employees a $50 monthly cell phone stipend and a $50 monthly internet stipend. In addition, we will reimburse up to $150 to help you purchase supplies for your home office.
