You have a proven track record of producing great work that thoughtfully connects with its audience, is beautifully designed, drives results, and works across multiple digital touch-points. You’re an excellent project manager with an attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines to keep the business on track.You’ll create visually appealing and brand-aligned social media, web and digital content for marketing and sales initiatives. You’ll report to the Director of Digital Design and work closely with a cross-functional team of campaign managers, product marketers, and content creators/writers. Your work will drive brand engagement, lead generation, acquisition, conversion, and ultimately contribute to Whispir’s growth.Key responsibilities: Become an expert on the Whispir communications intelligence platform, our brand, and unique market position.Design new and refine existing content to help us lead the industry in visual design and engagementBuild on our current brand and design system to ensure that our social presence, content, and website attract and convert ideal target customersApply strong strategic thinking to campaign and web UX/UI deliverables, combined with pixel detail and effective designs built to reach and exceed our goalsCollaborate with a team of creatives, developers, content writers, campaign managers, and key leadership members on projectsIllustrate and confidently present conceptual ideas, design drafts, and design rationale to various stakeholdersDrive multiple projects and meet deadlines while communicating openly to improve processes and quality of work. The design work for this role may include (but is not limited to): eBook designs, case study designs, infographics, illustrations, landing page design – web UI/UX, social media graphics, email template designs, and videos (bonus if you have experience working with motion)Execute analogue design for tradeshows, sales assets, etc.Go beyond the brief with new ideas and make creative recommendations that help the brand thriveOther assignments as neededAbout you: Even if you don’t meet this criteria perfectly but believe you have lots to bring to the role, we encourage you to apply.
