Job Description :	Cubework.com, Inc. leader in flexible industrial space, is currently looking for a web design Graphics Designer. This candidate will create, maintain, and direct graphic-related work for the company. Design work will include corporate branding, collateral for company initiatives, digital campaigns, print advertising, web site content, trade show exhibits, direct mail campaigns, catalogs, flyers, and other promotional and presentation materials.Responsibilities: Create and maintain custom websites using theme frameworks with custom HTML/CSS; builds sites using to WordPress and square space, CMS and other platforms as appropriateIdentifies and suggests appropriate design concepts or website themesOptimizes custom graphic elements and iconography as required by project to meet the standards of today’s devicesModifies PHP templates as needed; understands the structure and correct way to modify within square space and WordPressEngages with other departments to assess projects, needs, and timelinesDevelops site content and graphics; coordinates with copywriters and graphic artists to achieve resultsDevelop and implement design strategies to enhance company’s brand image.Create new designs for internal and external printed marketing materials including flyers, brochures, advertising, posters, and direct marketing materials.May create and implement Internet and intranet graphics and banners.Create presentation materials to support training, management meeting, and executive presentations.Recommend, source and manage outside creative resources (freelance designers, etc.) as needed.Oversee and manage the training for file organization on the marketing server and the proper file structure for naming.Develop a stock photo library for branch offices use.Coordinate bi-monthly design meetings with department graphic artists and web designer to review up coming trends.Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of managementEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design; or equivalent work experience.Minimum 5 years’ experience as a graphic designer on a variety of media sources.Adobe After Effects Motion Graphics Software experience preferred.Art Direction experience preferred.Proficient in PC design programs.Strong creative and conceptual skills.Strong knowledge of printing and electronic production methods.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.Effective oral and written communication skills.Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.Outstanding customer service skills.Salary based on experienceJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Web design: 5 years (Preferred)HTML: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
