Creates complex, original graphic design and comprehensive layout concepts, and oversees and coordinates production of materials. May lead and guide the work of external graphic designers.REMOTE work from HOME – MUST live in the State of FloridaEssential FunctionsConceptualizes, plans, designs and produces a wide range of specialized graphic and/or illustrative material to include multimedia concepts as appropriateWorks with clientele to ascertain needs and to develop graphic directions, concepts and specifications for assigned projectsTheorizes, designs & produces Communication, Marketing & Public Relations material like flyers, ads, brochures and/or logosDesigns and produces electronic presentations and camera-ready art including graphs, charts, clip art, posters, digitization of graphics, line-art and/or photosCreates electronically designed page layouts and imports word processing files into page layouts as appropriate to the position. May develop and produce web-based graphics as requestedConsults with staff and other personnel to identify their graphics needs, budget constraints and reasonable deadlines for the project. Serves as liaison between the client and printers when requiredManages progress of multiple projects simultaneously and on schedule. Proactively communicates progress, changes and delivery status to internal customersDelivers and sets up audio-visual equipment to classrooms, auditoriums and a variety of other locations. May instruct users in basic equipment operation. Maintains appropriate records and inventory.
