The hotel rooms are clean and the rooms are nice too. The staff during the day was easy-going and got us into our room early since we are Marriott members. The restaurant was not good spoke with the GM she adjusted the charge since the food was cold overall she mentioned they are working on improving it, she was helpful let us know about other options close to the hotel for breakfast. I will be returning next year, this hotel is one of the better hotels in Juneau being I come here every year!

You have to keep in mind that Juneau has 30,000 people in it. So this is the nicest hotel in town! The folks working the front desk are very helpful, but know that things in the hotel are limited. There is a breakfast, which is an extremely basic buffet - think holiday inn express - but even less. Rooms are heat-only, no AC, but have a window you can open and a fan. Our room had a fridge in it. So it’s really basic, but in the land of limited resources, it is the king!! Lots of the flight crews stay here, so you know its decent. And the location is right across from the port, so that is amazing!!!

Four Points by Sheraton – Juneau's location is the only positive here—conveniently near the waterfront with beautiful views. Unfortunately, everything else was a disappointment. There is no air conditioning, the accommodations are very basic, and the front desk staff was extremely rude. They clearly seem tired of dealing with large groups of tourists and even refused to let us use the lobby bathrooms while we waited over an hour to check in. Overall, a horrible experience. Avoid this hotel.

Not worth the money in any way whatsoever. $400 a night should give you something special, but there is nothing special here at all. Why $400 a night? No air conditioning, plumbing is terrible as shower and sink floods every time you use it. This place is a joke and someone is making money off of it. Apparently this is the best Juneau has to offer. Demand more for your money.

WARNING NO AIR CONDITIONING! For a major hotel chain, charging $400 per night, this is unacceptable. Had I known this, I would have booked elsewhere, however I was unaware prior to checking! The room is currently over 80 degrees, and the best we can get is a box fan… The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are friendly, but if you are visiting in the summer months and you require an air conditioned room to sleep, this is not it!

Stayed here some time ago, haven't gotten around to writing a review for them until now. Solid place, staff are friendly and accommodating. Would recommend staying here to people visiting Juneau.

Maggie - full on rude to staff and guests. Maybe she was having a bad day but the next day she never acknowledged one person in the lobby with multiple people interacting with other staff. Very outdated hotel in desperate need of a remodel. Not sure how they are maintaining their Marriott flag. It’s pretty bad. 204- drain clog in shower- the water filled the tub within 5 minutes of showering , mold on shower curtain. Beds are comfortable though. Location is great but that’s about all it has going for it

Our stay was less than ideal. First the shampoo and body soap dispensers were empty upon check-in. Apparently, housekeeping didn't check when they clean the room between guests. We were told they would be refilled. They were not. The main issue with our stay was the lack of elite benefits. I am a lifetime Platinum member. At check-in, I opted for the breakfast option. The front desk agent didn't know what I was talking about and only offered points. I informed her that breakfast was an option. She said for me to take it up with the front desk agent the next morning. The next morning the front desk agent gave me the breakfast voucher but commented why the front desk agent from last night didn't do it. The following morning, when we asked for the breakfast voucher, we were told that it was one voucher per stay. I informed the front desk agent that the terms and conditions say it is per night not per stay. She said no. I then asked to speak with her manager. She called the manager and handed me the phone. The manager said it was per stay or $50. I informed her that it was per night and that the $50 was only if I didn't get the amenity. She said she would be right down to "show me." When she got to the lobby, she greeted me by pointing to me and said in a rather loud voice "follow me." She directed me to the office where there was a chart on the wall. She pointed me to the line (which was highlighted) "it's per stay." I informed her the line she was pointing to clearly said "per night." She got more upset and told me, to follow her to the restaurant and informed the staff the we could have breakfast. She ended our interaction by saying she will be calling corporate. She was very rude in our interaction. That sort of ruined my day as I was quite shocked at her reaction and how she treated me. The fact that the line was highlighted makes me wonder if there were other times this issue was brought up. She also said that the restaurant was a third party. If that were the case, then why were there vouchers available. The next day, she happened to be working the front desk. When we asked for the breakfast voucher, she said "just tell the ladies it's fine for us to have breakfast." The ladies at breakfast didn’t take my word so someone else from the front desk had to come to the restaurant to give the okay. Later that morning, we asked for late check-out. We were denied because they said housekeeping leaves at 1pm and they need to clean the room before they leave. I've never been denied late checkout before. We weren’t even asking for 4pm late check-out. I’m not sure if this is an isolated incident, but it seems like elite benefits are a miss at this property. The attitude of the manager also was not professional.

People who we're in Front of us checking in we're yelling at the Front Desk. Grown adults acting rude, just what I don't want to listen to is some grumpy people taking out there problems in front of me. The room we checked into Daphne checked us into and was dirty and walked in on someone...Then went to the front desk nobody was there for over 20 minutes, got a new key for a clean room but a lower floor and on the second floor. There was no apology from the Front Desk or any offer for trying to make it right just here's the key and a sorry. Contacted the GM who replied back the same day, gave us free breakfast and moved our room to a higher floor. During the time at the hotel it was very warm in the rooms around 80 the whole time. I would stay here again but not in the middle of the summer due to the rooms being too hot.

I attempted to check in 9/12/25. If I could give this staff zero stars I would. There were about 18-20 people waiting to check in. There was some sort of IT issue. A woman pulled in a black Chevy SUV and parked at the front door, she came in and sat down at check in counter. She quickly become nasty. She wouldn’t allow anyone to talk to her. She said she was an IT specialist and owned company. Several people tried to ask her name when she threaten us with the police. She refused to give her name again saying she wasn’t a hotel employee. But earlier the crowd was told she was the hotel manager. I’m emailing a video of her threatening a 65 year, 100 lb woman with police. She told us to sit down or police would be called. This woman got up without permission and she quickly found a finger put in her face and the manager held up her phone and pretending to dial. I sat quietly as we were told we didn’t have to stay here. I’d love to publicly post these videos but I want to protect the victims I was the only person waiting that wasn’t in their 60s and 70s. This seemed like a hate crime against the elderly. Some of the elderly people fell asleep waiting. The manager even threatened to call Sanborn Cruise Line on theses people. This situation was like nothing I have ever seen. There was a box fan in the room. And one small window opened. So basically I paid $500 for this abuse and a room with no AC. (I video’d your abusive behavior and threats towards all these elderly people, I have sent them to Marriott) I’m not sure how this 1970s run down motel is a Sheraton Brand, and I doing a credit card dispute for fraud and trying to get a refund
