I gave 3 stars which is average so not excellent, but not poor. I stayed in a small room in 2018, but it was clean, smelled ok & felt comfortable for Sept. This time I got a bigger room by chance because the 1st three keys I tried had dirty rooms - not made up yet by the housekeeper wherever they were. Also, the 3rd try, not only did I see an unmade room, but a man laying in bed. πŸ˜„ He was a senior & luckily clothed & chill about it. To find out, he was in a wrong room, too. Like, what's going on at this place?? But the 4th try got me a two, full sized beds which the manager probably wasn't happy about. The woman at the desk was friendly, though. My room was ok. Like others say, it's old & outdated, but it's an old rustic town so theyll be old, rustic motels. My room smelled clean, linens clean. Didn't like the dirty heat vents above my head, though. Yuk. Paint them at least. Also, you can't control your own temperature to your preference. There was a desk top fan to use. The heat is one of those crappy systems that heat for a little bit, then turns off followed by cool air. What's the point of heating a room, only to cool it off to chilly? Then repeat. As mentioned, the water pressure was wonderful! Only one roll of TP provided. Most motels have two. Good thing my bowels were quiet, lol. Oh, and in my room there were a coat rack on the wall right next to the bed with hangers that I bumped my head on a couple times. Almost poked an eye out. They do provide breakfast upstairs & coffee & tea is available 24hrs if you need it. Since it was later on the off season, there were fewer people & my night was very quiet.

No shuttle for airport. But, you can call the only cab in town. Plan ahead, call/schedule pick up the night before. Efficient breakfast. It’s your own fault if you go hungry. Room was clean, and the bathroom quite large with wicked hot water. It’s a well maintained man camp. And, I’ve spent months in man camps. I liked it. I forgot, it was quiet, which is nice.

I went in with low expectations, knowing the price point, so I was prepared for small rooms, thin walls, and limited amenities. However, the one thing I did expect was basic cleanlinessβ€”and this hotel failed miserably. The first room had visibly dirty pillows crawling with insects. The second room appeared completely uncleaned. The third had a strong chemical odor, as did every other room they offered us. Additionally, the screen window was loose and could be easily removed, which felt unsafe. We ended up canceling our second night because the conditions were unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

You get what you pay for, don’t use a hotel app or Expedia just call and book it. Best shower water pressure ever! Breakfast is included it will keep you satisfied but don’t expect an amazing meal They allow dogs, and charge $25 a night but worth it

Just Say NO! This place was Nasty, very out dated. There was a really bad smell in the room and the bathroom had a used washcloth in it. Clean rooms? Not even close! Do not go here if you dont want a good night sleep. We could hear everything! The people next door were snoring, talking, and alarms going off. They could have even peaked into our room if they wanted too! The second night it smelled like gasoline. We asked about the smell and were told that happens when they turn the heater on. That's funny because it was freezing that night.... so much for the heaters. Not family friendly. Couldn't even walk about without running into each other. I dont know how this place had stayed open. Nothing looks up to code. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here!!!!

The rooms are super small, narrow spaces means that you have to lie down on the bed once you are in. The beds have no comforts, only a piece of sheetcome with a common used bed spread. Our room's bed light is broken too. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Small room but clean. The issue for me in the summer is no ventilation control and no fan. Literally a hot box. probably a better option in the cooler temperatures. TV didn’t work in my room, but the Wi-Fi did so I just used my iPad. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the room next to you. That said the staff is friendly and they allow pets. Probably works for some people, but I won’t be staying here again even though it’s a great location.

We've stayed here before enjoyed it but this time was something different. We booked two nights and canceled our 2nd night. Wife didn't want to make them feel bad but it really needs attention. So she just told them we were gonna head home early but the problem was all the rooms smelled like diesel fuel and we couldn't sleep due to it. They did let us move from room 110 to 106 and it seemed better then kept getting stronger. It's the next day and we are at a different hotel and all of our belongings smell horrible! The people were nice but that needs to be fixed!

Really horrible place. A man-camp turned hotel. Kind of unsavory. The room we were given smelled strongly of pinesol cleaner though the room did not look clean. There was barely space to walk into the room much less open a suitcase. Fortunately, the kind desk clerk refunded our money and we booked at another place.

The room was the size of a prison cell like you see on TV, the vent is taped over and you have no control over the temperature even if you had air flow. Its just one long vent pipe feeding everyone's cell. Who knows what the temperature gets set at. TV didn't work and no refrigerator or microwave in any of the rooms. It is literally the cheapest hotel in town and it definitely shows.
