Very clean and adequate room with refrigerator. Good location with a short walk to the Seward Harbor area and a 20 minute drive to the Kenai Fjords Exit Glacier trailhead. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful reception (Diana). It was a minimalist facility, so there is no exercise room or guest laundry, but it was not a problem. It has a quaint 24 hour coffee room adjacent to the check-in lobby. My group enjoyed our stay here.

Such a welcoming and helpful staff. Motel isn't fancy, but it is clean and well maintained and close to Exit Glacier, Seavey's dog sledding, the Aquatic center and more. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Host at check in was Terrific! The room? Oh my....nothing special, we paid 4x of what it was worth!! No hot water, no amenities not even a cup for water! But it was clean and "ok"....just way overpriced

Not the best or worst hotel in the area but certainly one of the Lower cost ones. Just outside of the boat harbor for the cruise ships. A short 8 minute walk to tge small boat harbor. Walkable with many resolutions and tour companies.

The staff(1) maintenence worker, was very nice, he was solo due to unfortunate family issue that pulled the owners out of town, the staff, DeAnna was reachable only by the phone, was very nice. It is a perfect location, if you are not looking for bougie, this may be a place to consider. Again, staff was very nice, and tried thier best to be accomdating. Granted, we stayed there out of season, but the room was small, cold, had a bad odor, and a little dirty. The microwave didn't work, the shower had no hot water. There is no carpeting, and one walk across the room left us w black feet. I have stayed at the marina many years ago, and had a great experience. So, I am Not saying they are a bad motel, just saying this particular stay was not good for us.
