The food is always tasty! Talking to my lunch guests, the theory is that while people gamble away their money, the food better be good. I have to say, I have had good meals here. No photos, but the Pho, Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the Burgers have been quite good the last two years. Also, I appreciate the good Service, well-thought out suggestions from our waitress and an overall pleasant mood too.

Worst Baccarat Experience – Avoid This Place This casino is a huge disappointment, especially if you're serious about playing baccarat. Most of the baccarat tables are closed, even during busy hours, which makes no sense. And when a table is finally open, it’s a nightmare. The dealers are completely unprofessional—they constantly talk to each other, joke around, and show no respect to players. If you don’t tip them every single hand, they’ll ignore you, give you attitude, or stop listening to you altogether. I've even seen them move players' bets to the bonus without permission, just so they can get tips if it hits. That’s flat-out shady behavior. There are also too many people who don’t play and just hang around the tables causing distractions. It’s loud, annoying, and far from a professional gaming environment. Most of the time I go home upset—not because of losing, but because of how they make me mad to lose. The disrespect, the manipulation, and the chaos ruin the entire experience. No wonder real gamblers and professionals stay away from this casino. If you’re looking for fair, and enjoyable place to play, Parkwest Casino is definitely not it. Just try somewhere else.

I've been here for lunch and had a delicious salad - perfect environment for a sit down working lunch with coworkers. We could actually hear each other. There's also a late night happy hour, and the giant pretzels are SO GOOD.

Not a good place to gamble. So much better going to a bigger casino. Just too small of a place, wasn't a vibe. I was going to play black jack. There was only 1 table to play on open. The other table was 50 dollar minimum. Maybe offer more tables to play on. Stones is definitely a better place. They allow other players to bet on your lucky. I don't like it. They tell you to touch there chips to make it allowed. I hate dealers that say ahhhhh nooooo or something like that after you loose. Doesn't help. Makes you feel the loss

I wouldnt go when Kong is floor manager. Multiple times charged almost 100 for a cash advace with next to nothing on comps.. Spent thousands and didnt even get 1% in comps... Not worth it anymore.. No loyalty program....

Nice casino with restaurant. Free drinks. 6 to 5 blackjack is a downer. It should be 3 to 2. $5 minimum is a plus. Friendly dealers. No smoking is a breath of fresh air.

Here for work and were looking for a casino in the area with slots. Google said this place has slots, but we were later informed it didn't because it wasn't on a res (bummer). They had Blackjack, texas holdem, and a game called pai gow (spelling?) tables. We decided to eat first at the restaurant. I ordered the crabcake tower. The presentation was beautiful, and I'm guessing that made up for the taste 😫. It tasted like I was eating a chunk of salt, after 2 bites I couldn't eat it anymore, way too salty. I don't like to send food back at restaurants because I don't trust it when it comes back, so I got a box and threw it away when we got back to the hotel. Very disappointing because I was starving, but we left after playing some tables and went and got food elsewhere. Fiance got the pepperoni pizza and said it was pretty decent. The atmosphere was nice though, and the place was getting pretty packed as the night went on. So I'm guessing it's a really popular spot there, especially on Friday nights.
