Job Opening for ADO Graphic Designer in The Walman Optical Company (801 12th Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55411)

The Graphic Designer is responsible for collaborating on and producing a full range of marketing deliverables, including internal collateral, direct mail, print advertising, online display campaigns, social media graphics, logo and branding assets, communications and website designs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with marketing team to help drive promotional and branding designs from ideation to production.
Design engaging marketing materials such as promotional signage, digital content, brand identities and other assets as needed.
Create or select branding assets that speak to the appropriate audience and tell a client s story, including font families, color schemes, logos, and brand standard guidelines.
Maintain, support and elevate our clients brand guidelines through customer-facing sales collateral, digital experiences, event branding and printed marketing materials.
Ensure online awareness channels (i.e. website visuals, digital ad campaigns, social media graphics) reflect current branding & consistent look-and-feel as directed by client.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree with background in graphic design; and at least 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Must be able to manage multiple creative projects in various stages of completion
Ability to prioritize daily schedule to meet deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, serving multiple clients.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
Willingness to travel occasionally to industry events.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver s license and insurable driving record that complies with the Walman Optical Company Motor Vehicle Policy.
