Job Description:
Our client, a major beauty company in NYC is looking for a 360 Designer to join their team.

The 360 Designer is responsible for producing compelling, best-in-class, US-specific promotional creative assets for digital, social, ecommerce, e-retailers, packaging and print. This person works hand in hand with the AVP, US Creative to ensure the brand vision, strategy and key Marketing initiatives are visually interpreted in line with the brand identity. They possess strong conceptual abilities, an elevated/ prestige design sensibility and work well in a nimble, fast-paced environment. A true team player, they reliably demonstrate a positive, respectful, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Concept and design promotional assets and consumer education content for ecommerce and e-retailers, including emails, paid media, responsive site graphics, microsites and landing pagesPartner with cross functional teams to ensure brand consistency and unified direction with innovative solutions to business needs, leveraging digital content to provide marketing differentiation, performance improvements, and best-in-class user experiencesAdhere to brand aesthetics and follow UX best-practicesMaintain organizational asset systems for PDP across platformsOptimize approved brand campaigns for digital use adhering to website parameters and digital best-practicesResize and optimize new and existing images as retailers and e-boutiques evolveContinually research digital design and production trends and best practices
Concept and create highly effective and innovative branding and packaging assets including, but not limited to, promotional product sets, brushes, mailers, Ads, Invitations, Paste-ups, cards, and PR and Educational tools.Collaborate with US Marketing, PR and Education teams to provide materials aligned with strategic objectivesSafeguard the brand aesthetic across all touch points, staying true to brand DNA including visual codes and language.Present concepts and final designs in Creative reviews for approval, creating comps if needed.Follow creative briefs as a standard for design developmentPartner with photography vendors and provide art direction on set as well as retouching notes to agenciesPrepare art files for print production; review and approve proofs prior to production
BA in graphic design or related field5 years graphic design experienceMinimum 5 years digital design experience with a solid understanding of the relationship between content, visual design, user interface, technology and user experienceStrong sense of visual style in photography, design, typography, graphics, and packagingAbility to take a project from concept through photography, retouching, and final asset deliveryStrong prestige brand creative aesthetic. Beauty and agency experience a plusAbility to translate marketing objectives into creative directionHighly organized with the ability to manage time wisely, juggling multiple projects and meeting all deadlinesAbility to pivot and re-prioritize work based on changing business needsMust be a collaborative self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a positive,
can-do attitude
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbally, across multiple cross functional teams
