We’re seeking a gifted Graphic Designer to help advance our brand’s look, tone and feel in the marketplace. This role will work closely with Sr. Creative Managers to elevate and activate a world-class creative vision, through an array of cross-channel assets and projects. The ideal candidate is a talented cross-channel designer that thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, has a passion for doing world-class work, and a portfolio beyond experience. Roles & Responsibilities Provide cross-channel design and production support Maintain art direction and creative standards on all assets and campaigns Assist in brainstorm and concepting of new brand-centric creative/design strategies Report to and take art direction from Sr. Creative Manager to ensure work achieves project goals, meets quality standards, and is delivered on time Assist internal creative services team as needed Other duties as assigned Preferred Experience / Skill Set Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional work experience 3+ years related experience Strong understanding of design theory and concepts to create effective visual communication with hierarchy and balance (typography, color, space, contrast) Highly proficient with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Experience in developing designs and creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, web, mobile, offline and print Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-changing environment Knowledge of production standards for social platforms Impeccable attention to detail and design sensibility Think and act both strategically and tactically Tenacious self-starter with a passion for effective communications Able to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment Compensation & Benefits Attractive base salary and bonus Health insurance Disability insurance Dental and vision insurance Life insurance PTO/paid holidays 401K Flexible work-office schedule Casual office dress code Fully-stocked kitchen INDJCCORP RYBSFz9h33
