| Job Description : | Ajilon has partnered with an established company in North San Diego who is looking for an Associate Graphic Designer to join their team! The ideal candidate for this position will be resourceful and ready to hit the ground running in supporting and enhancing the company’s graphic design projects! This is a great opportunity to continue your Graphic Design career and support a growing company! This position will be primarily remote but ability to work out of Carlsbad office, when given notice. Pay for this Contract-To-Hire position is $22-$28/hour along with excellent benefits and a great team culture! Responsibilities include: Support the Marketing Communications department with graphic design duties and projects Assist with printed and digital materials- including: eblasts, logos, newsletters, web pages, packaging, etc. Create, plan and execute a variety of marketing materials Technical duties such as: scaling, cropping, retouching, repositioning, resizing and pre-flighting Support image/file cataloging, archiving, backing up system and posting final files to the cloud Review final designs and layouts and suggest improvements to meet all guidelines Work with additional company departments and support with promotional materials and special projects Additional duties and special projects as needed Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred 2+ years of relevant Graphic Design experience Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite- InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and Microsoft Programs Familiar with Medical Device or Manufacturing industry preferred Ability to meet deadlines while paying close attention to detail Can work well independently with little supervision, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Compensation: $22-$28/hour and based on experience Contract-To-Hire Work Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday Flexible hours, starting between 8-9am Remote until further notice Office is located in Carlsbad, CA If you are interested in this Associate Graphic Designer position in Carlsbad, San Diego, CA then please click “apply now” or e-mail your résumé to Alicia.Fritzal@ajilon.com Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.ajilon.com/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records |
