Our client base is primarily within the luxury residential real estate segment. As a Designer/Production Artist you will be responsible for assisting in the production of advertising and marketing projects and campaigns.You must have a fine eye for detail and experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. You must work well with strong personalities and possess good communication skills. Bring your A game to projects whether they are grand and exciting or simple and repetitive.Job DescriptionDesigns eBlasts, E-Newsletters, interactive/web ads, brochures, fliers, billboards, and more, according to strategic plans provided by account executives.Meets as needed with art directors, account executives and design/production personnel to assist with traditional and interactive advertising and marketing efforts.Works with other designers and production personnel, art directors, copywriters and additional designated “team” personnel in production of said materials.Works with all required specifications (colors, fonts, papers, sizes, etc.) to produce end product.Retouching photography and searching stock imagesAbility to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure is a must.Proficient with computer design software and hardware and strives to stay current in level of knowledge and abilities.The qualifications for a Designer/Production Artist are: 3+ years design experience is required.Must possess exceptional computer skills. Macintosh operating platform a must.Thorough knowledge of the following software applications is required, Adobe Suite including InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and any widely utilized word processing application. Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, motion graphics and video editing software a plus.A team player.An understanding of the residential real estate industry is a huge plus.A can-do attitude.
