| Job Description : | The Digital Marketing Designer is responsible for delivering effective and on-brand creative for the Batteries Plus website. Key dedication will be put on the design of the website and the Digital Marketing Designer will produce graphics and some video elements to be used. The Digital Marketing Designer has the opportunity to either be a hybrid role with work from home flexibility or could be an onsite position at our corporate office in Hartland, WI. Responsibilities: Work with cross-functional teams to design and produce graphics and video elements for the Ecommerce website Partner with front-end developers to ensure aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility and web standards Research and contribute to new digital design trends and technologies, including encoding and responsive techniques Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all digital customer touch points Follow project planning procedures to meet department and company deadlines Qualifications: Associates Degree in Graphic Design Minimum of 2 years of digital design experience.
