Helps maintain the College’s corporate image. TYPICAL DUTIES: Serves Students. Collaborates with district clients to create original and effective graphic design projects to be produced or printed by on-campus print services personnel or off-campus vendors, or to be used in a digital format. Handles all vendor communications including ordering, proofing, and payment. Performs graphic design tasks, image manipulation, typography, electronic layout, and proofing using Adobe Creative Cloud software. Builds and generates trouble-free postscript or PDF files of design work and uploads to Lytho Workflow project management system for proofing and client/team communication. Follows, maintains, and informs clients of the College’s visual identity and brand standards throughout all projects. Tracks design projects from request to completion and properly archives completed jobs. Works directly with Print Services to ensure proper completion of projects. Assesses time and budget parameters, paper and ink limitations, and press requirements at every phase of the design process. Support and participate in strategic planning initiatives and performs other duties as assigned. CLOSING DATE: Position will close at 5:00 pm on March 13, 2022.
