We’re looking for an amazing Marketing and North American Sales Professional professional to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle office. You’ll be responsible for We are looking for a driven and energetic candidate that can closely collaborate with our Sales leadership on the development and delivery of impactful Trade design solutions for Holland America Line. You solve problems with design and have a rich understanding of the voice and creative requirements for Trade selling. Creative flexibility is an important part of this position. Some projects will come with detailed briefs that need to fit into strict brand guidelines, while others will require you to use your design expertise to translate loose ideas into compelling designs. You quickly grasp needs and take direction easily and fulfill the execution throughout each phase of the project. .

Responsibilities
Work directly with sales leadership, sales teams and copywriter to create compelling Trade communications including presentations/powerpoints, trade shows/events, pitches, brochures, sell sheets, website pages, content marketing and more.
Design the Sales Marketing slate of assets, understanding ongoing enablement needs; create collateral and training materials for competitive counter-tactics and product education
Complete design work in a timely fashion and pay intense attention to detail.
Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite and HTML to create art files for printing or electronic distribution
Coordinates via WorkFront project management system for scheduling, prioritization, and trafficking of proofs to internal client partners; then completes revisions and finalizes execution of assigned projects on deadline.
Prepares all design work according to brand style and legal guidelines, after proofing for quality assurance
Contributes to best practices for design and communications in Trade.
Completes time tracking, job logging, and archiving assets via established project management system
Requirements
Strong design, typography, and photo-retouching skills with expertise in Trade mediums including PowerPoint, brochures and sales collateral, brochures. Both printed and digital mediums.
Ability to collaborate closely with copywriter dedicated to Trade communications to ensure final communications are on brand and on point.
Ability to develop creative from concept to production
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, CSS, HTML, and Microsoft Office
Thorough understanding of design and corporate branding best practices
Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver accurate, compelling creative under short deadlines
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels to determine design needs
Experience with premium brand and travel industry experience a plus
