We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to help us elevate our brand. The perfect candidate for this position is creative, self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and has a working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.This is a hybrid position (50% On-Site; 50% Remote).Key Responsibilities· Provides in-house graphic design, print preparation, and archiving of marketing collateral, including but not limited to brochures, direct mail, advertising, website materials, posters, packaging, and logos for all products and services.· Prioritizes and manages multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.· Manages projects from conceptualization to production, including but not limited to consulting with internal clients and management to determine the scope of the project, developing sample layouts for approval, interfacing with outside vendors, presenting samples for approval, and preparing a final design for production.· Assures quality of final product before release.· Maintains a high level of knowledge and skill with all computer software related to the design and production of print materials.· Manages all media assets.· Assists with strategizing, designing, and producing visual communications.· Interacts and collaborates effectively with internal and external team members to ensure the company’s creative needs are met.· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.Qualifications: · Minimum 3 years related experience· Bilingual – Spanish· Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Freehand, Adobe After Effects, Autodesk, AutoCAD Software, CAAD Software, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Visto, QuarkXPress, Corel, and CorelDraw Graphic Suite, and Apple Final Cut Pro· Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles· Typography knowledge· Multimedia content development· Media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and understanding browser capabilities· Ability to conceptualize creative concepts· Excellent written and oral communication skills· Computer fluency – Mac and PC· Creative, flexible, and innovative team player· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm· Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlinesJob Type: Part-timePay: $35.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Dallas, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Graphic design: 3 years (Preferred)Adobe Creative Suite: 2 years (Preferred)Adobe Photoshop: 2 years (Preferred)Mac/PC: 2 years (Preferred)Language:Spanish (Preferred)Work Location: One location |
