Job Description :An international gaming company in Alexandria, VA is looking for a Jr. Production Designer for an immediate contract position. This individual will work hand-in-hand with the Creative Director, taking direction on silhouetting, retouching, and color corrections. This is a hybrid remote role.
Jr. Production Artist Requirements:
1-2 years of Production Design experience.
Strong Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign experience.
Ability to handle retouching, silhouetting, and color corrections.
Able to crank out high-volume of error-free designs.
High attention to detail and organization.
Ability to commute onsite to review mock-ups and proofs of new package designs in person on an as needed basis.

Jr. Production Artist Responsibilities:
Make updates on packaging, company catalogs, and graphics.
Assist with mockups and prototypes for play tests.
Resize assets and photos, upload images and digital proofs to print.
Convert images from Microsoft Word into Illustrator.
International translation layouts.
Handle all aspects of print production on a catalog for the in-house design studio team.
