Our new design hire will be somebody who is just as passionate about growing the business as they are about interior design. We are looking for a self starter who is not afraid to voice their ideas for the sake of innovation and growth.Junior Designers provide support to Lead Designers. Their tasks include preparing documents, updating client databases, taking phone calls, handling correspondence, greeting vendors, estimating project costs, helping source products, create renderings etc. The most successful example resumes for this role highlight interior design familiarity, creativity, telephone etiquette, attention to details, customer service orientation, and multitasking.Job Duties Include but are not limited to: Help Designers prepare for client meetingsAssist Designers in making quotes, orders, invoices, etc. in the program Studio DesignerAssemble FF&E and Architectural binders for designersAccepting packages for office and clients and keeping an inventory of everything coming and going out of the officeCreate renderings and construction drawings.Respond to client’s questions and concerns in a timely, informative manner.Create Lumion renderingsOrganize project samples according to Beyond ID standardsPrepare presentation booklets for client meetingsTake initiative to make positive change.Required Soft Skills. Candidate must be:A great oral and written communicator who is an active listener.An open minded and creative innovator who welcomes education and learning opportunities.Trustworthy, goal oriented, and able to set and manage expectations.A process-oriented troubleshooter who is comfortable in problem-solving.Organized and able to keep a detail record of work for the sake of transparency with the client.Required Hard Skills.
