Job Description :	Lead Graphic Designer/Art Director – eLearning (Storyline 360)Job DescriptionJPW Consulting is a premier training and change management firm seeking a highly experienced Lead Graphic Designer/Art Director to be added to our eLearning development team. The Lead Graphic Designer/Art Director works with our eLearning team to help manage all Graphic requests.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork directly in Storyline 360 to enhance course visuals.Work closely with our eLearning Project Manager and client contacts to manage all Graphic Design requests.Ability to create graphics, animations, videos, and other visual elements using client brands/style guidelines.Ability to create onscreen and downloadable infographics, job aids, etc.Ability to edit stock images and videos for eLearning courses.Ability to create/edit background images used in eLearning courses developed in Storyline, Camtasia, etc.Ability to refresh existing Storyline 360 templates with new layouts and design ideas.Ability to create/customize animated “characters/avatars.”Ability to create and enhance animation/videos using tools such as Plotagon, Adobe Character Animator, and Camtasia.Ideal Candidate RequirementsRequired: Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in graphic design specifically for eLearning.Expertise in and license for Storyline 360.Expertise with and license for the Adobe Creative Suite.A great design eye that pays close attention to layout and detail.Flexibility and ability work independently on required project tasks.Knowledge of instructional design and/or experience working with instructional designers.Availability during eastern time business hours.Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred: Experience with and license for Camtasia is strongly preferred.Experience with Adobe Character Animator, Blender, Reallusion.Experience with Plotagon or other 3D video animation tool.Job Type: Contract.
