Job Description :	Phantom Fireworks is seeking a Multimedia/Graphic Designer for our Corporate Office in Youngstown, OH. This position is full time, and year-round. All full-time Phantom employees are eligible for healthcare benefits, 401K, and supplemental insurances.The Multimedia/Graphic Designer is responsible for executing, creating, and maintaining the company brand throughout the creative process into implementation. This includes, but is not limited to, creating design solutions that have a high visual impact on print, digital media, and motion graphics.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Creatively design graphic concepts for traditional advertising and marketingCreatively design still and motion graphic concepts for digital advertising and marketingPrepare approved graphics for traditional print or digital mediaImplement final designs after Art Department Manager approvalWork with a wide range of media; including photography, audio, and videoReview designs for errors before printing or publishing them.QUALIFICATIONS:Must have time management and organizational skillsMust have strong written and verbal communication skillsMust have previous graphic design experienceMust have high attention to detailsMust be able to manage and prioritize multiple projectsMust be able to work in a team environment and independentlyMust have previous experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, and After effectsMust be able to pass a criminal and credit background checkReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEA Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a similar degree with graphic design and multimedia experience.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
