EO/AA This position performs as a graphic designer, web developer, and technical media specialist, creating a variety of informational, business, and educational media products. The incumbent also provides visual support for organizational events. This position is not responsible for providing care to patients. Strong candidates will have experience in: Visual Arts or Visualizing Data. Responsibilities Creates presentations, flyers, reports, and other communication documents, including high-quality graphic elements. Assists in the design and production of printed and online annual reports and other public-facing publications. Supports video production tasks including equipment setup, file editing and management, and post-production. Edits stock and original photography and graphics for print and online publications and training material. Maintains multimedia production equipment including cameras, lights, computers, software, and production equipment. Creates and maintains websites and web forms. Manages media library assets and coordinates distribution. Creates multimedia templates and provides training for organizational staff. Provides project support by implementing and monitoring progress and ensuring goals and deadlines are met. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Proficient in desktop publishing, graphic design, image and photo editing, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined above. Demonstrated technical video and web development skills. Commitment to providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Film, Design, Communication, Business Administration, Information Technology, a related field or equivalency. Qualifications (Preferred) Preferred Strong writing and editing skills Two years of progressively more responsible health care related experience. Working Conditions and Physical Demands Employee must be able to meet the following requirements with or without an accommodation. This position involves light work that may exert up to 20 pounds and may consistently require light work involving lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise move objects. This position involves sitting most of the time and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
