The Senior Graphic Designer will work with our Marketing and CX teams to lead our creative and brand representation in a very compelling market. This person will design assets in support of sales pieces, customer facing documents, campaign content and web material. The designer will work to create graphics, build design elements for our LMS, prototype UI/UX, test application development, and conduct user testing. The designer will also improve designs, build wireframes to optimize user flows and effectively communicate new ideas. Qualifications
You must have:
5+ years experience as a Creative Graphic Designer or similar role
Excellent graphic design, illustration, and UI/UX skills with the ability to move across different design requirements.
The ability to develop, follow, and apply a consistent design language
An interest in human-centered design
Professional aptitude in core design applications (i.e. Adobe Suite, Affinity Suite, Sketch, Pixelmator, etc)
A capacity to work well with leadership in brainstorming activities and review sessions
The ability to self-manage and design marketing and advertising that are clear and delightful
Confident in their own ability to make creative decisions and be the keeper of our brand
You Should have:
Experience and/or interest in the entire design stack, including UI/UX, visual design, and interaction design
Familiarity with visual asset management
Ability to work closely with a writer, stakeholders, and both back-end & front-end developers
Experience meeting multiple deadlines, and managing expectations
The ability to apply empathic design skills to user needs
An understanding of the balance between refined design and the need to get to market
Extra Credit
B.S. degree in Graphic Design or related field
Experience designing and conducting moderated and unmoderated user tests
Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML5, CSS3 & Javascript)
Experience with video and animation production (Motion, Final Cut Pro)
Familiarity with the basics of programming or scripting
Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology
