Job Summary

Ensures delivery of creative messaging, graphic design and visual storytelling to improve the company’s employee engagement, employer brand position, and advance BV wide campaigns including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and recruiting / retention efforts through innovative use of creative tools, processes and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
A key member of the company’s People Experience Communications (PXC) team that drives internal communications strategy with creative content development, design and digital media production (including creating and/or directing video and motion graphics) for internal engagement, employer brand efforts, executive stakeholder communication and related campaigns.
Supports brand management including directing creative output for Internal Communications/PXC from the early concept stages through to production.
Duties include developing creative ideas, working with the Internal Communications/PXC and internal clients and company execs to create a shared vision, and developing/designing graphics and multimedia that reflects that vision.
Engage in development and ongoing execution of company employer brand messaging defining BV consistently across all internal stakeholder groups
Works with PXC and internal/external partners to develop creative content including visuals, graphics, animation and video to consistently and creatively define employer brand value propositions and related campaigns.
Management Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, with 5-7 years of corporate and/or agency creative services experience.
Familiarity with employer brand and bringing employee value propositions (EVP) to life visually.
Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and creative messaging and design elements.

Preferred Qualifications
Strong track record of creative services preferably in corporate/internal communications and HR
Proven ability to demonstrate geographic and cultural awareness and understanding of planned creative outputs.
Understanding of an integrated internal communications mix to support digital and traditional marketing efforts.
