About the Role We are looking for a senior graphic designer to join our in-house design team. We have unique opportunities at Micro Focus to be strategic, thoughtful and creative with our design. You will get to work on defining and maintaining the brand in a creative environment, while maintaining service to our key stakeholders. At Micro Focus, brand is a living thing, and highly valued. We prioritize good design in everything we do from digital marketing to large-scale events. What you will be doing (responsibilities): Help define and manage the overall corporate brand Create and design global collateral, event assets, social media, campaigns, partner marketing and digital marketing Manage multiple projects simultaneously Create high-end/premium, well-crafted brand appropriate deliverables Strategize with internal stakeholders to determine projects and priorities Contribute to a positive working environment Make a difference with your perspective and talents What you bring with you (qualifications and skills): Design Education (BFA Graphic Design strongly preferred) Minimum 6 years’ experience (preferably experience in a tech company, but not required, some agency experience is a plus) Adobe CC (In Design, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator minimum) Photography (plus, but not required, and opportunities to learn) Video production (plus, but not required, and opportunities to learn) Illustration (big plus) We all get along pretty well (we spend so much time together!), so someone who fits with the team personally, but we like people who look at things differently and can provide more perspective.
