| Job Description : | This position requires employees to work directly with the owner and staff to oversee all day to day operations. This includes but is not limited to predefined work responsibilities with the various task assigned at request. The list of the various daily task could consist of:Office Coordinator DutiesWhat is required:2+ years of professional experience in the sign industry.Able to work in a fast-paced work environmentBasic file setup using photoshop and illustratorGood people skills and willingness to work both independently and in a team environmentExcellent organizational skills, and close attention to detailAbility to handle multiple projects and adhere to strict deadlinesSelf-directed, proactive, positive attitudeGood communication skills and ability to provide clear direction to staff.Typical/DailyAssist customers (quotes, sales orders, and invoices).Manage accounts in tandem with the office administrator in our Cornelius location.Coordinate and oversee the install schedule.Maintain stock of regular use materials.Coordinate contractors as needed (Painting, crane services, etc.)Please be sure that your resume lists your experience within the sign industry.Tier One Graphics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
