| Job Description : | Our client is the industry pioneer and leader in robotic-assisted surgical systems and is looking for a remote Production Designer to join the user experience team. This will be a 6-8 month position, with the possibility to extend. You will be responsible for leading the execution of post-production services related to their digital services products, while ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will work directly with product designers, engineering teams, and product marketing to maintain correct files for handoff to stakeholders and collaborate with stakeholders to create clinically accurate product assets for use in user-facing collateral. Manage and organize master files and templates for the team. Production Designer Responsibilities: Look for new technical solutions to improve workflow for areas such as localization and asset delivery for instructional material Create, revise, and maintain files in Figma Provide detailed specs for stakeholders to work with, while helping teams visualize and advise on best practices Regularly communicate updates with stakeholders Hand off file artwork to product partners Troubleshoot issues with design files (layer structure/organization) 3+ years working as a Production Designer or similar role in product design Demonstrated expert knowledge of Figma Demonstrated experience in high volume processing such as with Figma components Experience designing and developing pipelines, including naming conventions, and asset deliveries Familiarity with iOS, Android, and web application design Demonstrated experience proactively addressing and mitigating risk in future projects |
