| Job Description : | Responsibilities: Collaborates with proposal managers, writers, and technical SMEs to conceptualize and render innovative and compliant proposal graphics Participate in quality reviews to ensure latest graphics are included in the proposal Provide other administrative support to the Proposal Manager, as required Distribute, organize, and coordinate data calls Applies the color palette for proposal graphics and oral presentations Maintain version controls and file maintenance procedures Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience working with graphic design Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrate excellent communication skills Revise proposal graphics quickly and accurately Flexibility to work independently with minimal supervision Expert in Adobe Illustrator required Experience in InDesign and Photoshop preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily PowerPoint Experience translating data into visually appealing layouts and infographics Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency Requires a bachelors degree or related field Experience creating graphics for US Federal Agencies preferred EEO Employer RELI Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
