Job Description:
The graphic designer is an integral part of our small but mighty marketing team and works collaboratively with others inside and outside the company to create a strong brand presence that stands out in the industry. The graphic designer knows that brand image and first impression set the tone for the customer experience and enjoys creating that impression across all marketing channels such as web, print, email, social media, events and more.Duties/Responsibilities:
Work closely with internal stakeholders & media agencies to develop marketing campaigns and ensure visual elements enhance the campaign.
Assure consistency across the visual presence of the i3 brand.
Create designs for digital and printed marketing collateral that are ready to launch.
Communicate brand messages with visual elements.
Manage multiple projects of varying size and scope with excellent time and project management skills.
Manage social media platforms, working with our agencies to develop appropriate creative for all social media organic and paid campaigns.
Use various creative suites such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to create captivating brand imagery.
Solicits feedback from stakeholders to gain approval of and to improve designs. Create high-end logos, signage, ad creative and promotional items within brand standards and guidelines.
Assists with website content and graphics and works closely with the programming team throughout the process of web development and design from a graphic design perspective. Required Skills/Abilities:
Results-oriented and able to collaborate toward a common vision.
Able to give and receive feedback.
Proven track record of web development and design.
Ability to work in a collaborative, creative environment.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Education/Experience
Degree in graphic design, media design, fine arts or similar preferred.
3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and/or graphic design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Demands:
Better than average vision for working on detailed designs.
Must be available to work generally between the hours of 8am to 5pm US Central Time Monday – Friday and available for evening and weekend work occasionally as required by the needs of the business.
Ability to sit, for extended periods of time up to 8 hours per day in front of a computer. |
