About the Role:

Ensures all marketing materials are produced following the company’s brand standards. Includes a wide variety of marketing materials, such as, but not limited to white papers, data sheets, guides, icons, trade show and event signage, and PowerPoint presentations.

Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA

Reports to: Creative Director

Responsibilities:

Production layout of marketing materials using branded templates.
Graphic design support; marketing material layouts, editing and production file

finalization.
Ensures brand accuracy and consistency.
Ensures the use of correct templates across the organization.
Ensures graphic design best practices are followed.
Tags and publishes new/updated assets in the digital asset management system.
Assists in maintaining the content library and server organization.
Ensure files are organized, easy to find, uploaded and/or archived, as needed.
Responds to requests with a strong sense of urgency; often under tight deadlines.
Responsible for collecting and publishing native files when external vendors are used.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field strongly preferred.
3-5 years of experience in a graphic design, production artist role.
3-5 years of working with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Professional and Microsoft Office 365, specifically PowerPoint.
Self-motivated & detail-oriented with exceptional organization skills.
Experience prioritizing workload using good judgment.
Ability to communicate clearly with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to build and maintain constructive and effective relationships with other teams

within the organization.

Security Requirements:

Conducts duties and responsibilities in accordance with AWN’s Information Security policies, standards, processes and controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of AWN business information.
Background checks are required for this position.
